In this role, you'll be the go-to support person for individuals and families navigating an important funding process. You'll combine strong communication skills, attention to detail, and empathy to create a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact, handling inbound questions via phone, email, and chat (email-heavy role)
  • Guide customers through each step of the process with clarity, confidence, and care
  • Keep detailed, accurate records of interactions and resolutions
  • Solve problems quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Partner with internal teams to keep processes running smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
  • Continuously learn new systems and tools to stay sharp and effective

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of customer service experience within healthcare
  • Strong written communication skills (this is a heavy email role)
  • A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Team player with a positive, proactive mindset
  • Bilingual Spanish? That's a huge plus
